VAT
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT which will be applied at standard rates to qualifying goods.
Delivery
We deliver free of charge to mainland UK if your order is £30 or over (excluding VAT).
Orders of less than £30 will be subject to a flat rate delivery charge of £4.99 per consignment for all mainland UK.
Non mainland UK will be subject to the delivery charge incurred by ourselves regardless of order size.
We do not deal with International destinations.
Payments
A variety of options are available to you so you can pay for your order. You can process your order directly using the checkout page on the site automatically. Alternatively you can pay using one of the following options:
- Credit/Debit Card - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Solo, Switch & Maestro. Use your card via paypal at the checkout ar call us on 0845 6033754 and we will process your payment over the phone.
- Cheque - Simply post your order form to us with your cheque, once we have received your both, your order will be despatched.
- Telephone - If you would prefer not to pay online, simply call us on 0845 6033754 and give your details over the phone.
We accept payments in British Pounds (£) only.
Returns
The Long Distance Selling Regulations apply to mail order customers only, where you have up to seven days from receiving your order to return it for a refund. The item(s) must be un-opened, un-used and in the original packaging. The customer should then ensure the item(s) are sufficiently packaged and also within an outer-packaging for protection and return the goods back to us enclosing a copy of the original receipt with a note confirming that you are returning the goods within seven days. We will then issue a credit for the item(s). Should the items arrive back "not as new" then a full refund will not be given.
